The See Australia / Australia.com Facebook page has 8.5 million fans, so use #SeeAustralia to share your photos or post them on their Facebook wall – posts can get 50,000 likes! 15-30 second videos do especially well (and of course, use your destination and state hashtags as well!). Use #RestaurantAustralia for food pics.
